- 12 medium Jalapenos ((sliced in half, seeds and membranes removed, stem preserved))
- 1 cup Cream cheese ((softened at room temperature))
- ¼ cup Cheddar cheese ((shredded))
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
- 24 slices Bacon

- 1. Preheat your air fryer to 325°F.
- 2. Mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- 3. Fill each jalapeño half with about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture.
- 4. Wrap one bacon slice tightly around each stuffed pepper half and secure with a toothpick inserted horizontally.
- 5. Arrange the poppers in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-14 minutes until the bacon is crisp and cooked through.
