- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 5 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 16 spears asparagus (trimmed)
- 4 slices bacon

Cook until the thickest piece reaches 165F and the juices run clear.
- Preheat the oven to 425F and line or lightly grease the pan you plan to use.
- 1. Heat your oven to 375 degrees and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- 2. Butterfly each chicken breast using a sharp knife, then brush the outside with olive oil and season with a mixture of garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- 3. Open each breast flat and place 1/4 cup mozzarella on the bottom half, top with 3-4 asparagus spears, then fold the top half over to enclose the filling.
- 4. Cut each bacon slice in half and drape two halves over each stuffed breast, tucking the ends underneath.
- Cook until the thickest piece reaches 165F and the juices run clear.
- 5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees and the juices run clear, then serve immediately.
