- 4 cups spaghetti squash (cooked)
- 1 block feta cheese ((7-8 oz))
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup fresh basil (chopped)

- Preheat the oven to 425F and line or lightly grease the pan you plan to use.
- 1. Heat your oven to 400 degrees and grease an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
- 2. Place the feta block and grape tomatoes in the prepared dish, season with black pepper, and drizzle olive oil over everything.
- 3. Bake for 40 minutes until the tomatoes have softened and the feta is melting.
- 4. Stir in the cooked spaghetti squash and mix thoroughly to combine with the melted cheese and tomatoes, then top with chopped fresh basil before serving.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning at the end, then serve while everything is hot or freshly chilled.
