- 1 lb Large shrimp ( (peeled and deveined, preferably tails left on))
- ¼ cup Unsalted butter ((or olive oil))
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- ¾ tsp Smoked paprika
- ¾ tsp Garlic powder
- ¾ tsp Sea salt
- ⅛ tsp Black pepper
- ¼ tsp Crushed red pepper flakes ((optional; or more if you want it spicy))

Cook shrimp just until pink and opaque so they stay juicy.
- Preheat the oven to 425F and line or lightly grease the pan you plan to use.
- 1. Dry the shrimp thoroughly using paper towels.
- 2. Combine melted butter, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes in a large bowl, whisking until smooth.
- 3. Toss the shrimp in the seasoned butter mixture and let stand for 10 minutes (no longer than 30 minutes).
- 4. Heat your oven to 400°F while the shrimp marinates.
- 5. Spread the shrimp in one even layer in a large baking dish and scrape any remaining marinade over top.
- Cook shrimp just until pink and opaque so they stay juicy.
- 6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the shrimp turn opaque throughout.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning at the end, then serve while everything is hot or freshly chilled.
