- ¼ cup / 60 ml coconut oil (melted, then cooled)
- ¼ cup / 60 ml heavy cream (room temperature)
- 2-3 tbsp cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
- 3 tbsp almond butter (or another nut or seed butter)
- 4 drops stevia (or allulose)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs or chopped nuts (to decorate, optional)

- Prep and chill the ingredients before assembling so the finished dish stays crisp and cold.
- 1. Gently melt the coconut oil, then allow it to cool to room temperature.
- 2. Combine the cooled oil with heavy cream, cacao powder, almond butter, stevia, and cinnamon (if using), mixing until completely smooth.
- 3. Divide the mixture evenly among silicone molds or ice cube tray compartments.
- 4. Freeze for 10 minutes until the surface firms up.
- 5. Scatter cacao nibs or chopped nuts over the tops, then return to the freezer for 30 minutes until completely solid.
- 6. Pop the bombs from the molds and keep them refrigerated or frozen for storage.
- Taste before serving and adjust the salt, lemon, vinegar, or herbs so the flavors stay bright.
