- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic paste
- salt and pepper
- 4 boneless pork chops

Cook pork to 145F, then rest it for 3 minutes before slicing.
- 1. Combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, paprika, onion powder, cumin, and garlic paste in a large resealable bag and mix well.
- 2. Add the boneless pork chops to the bag and massage the marinade all over the meat.
- 3. Season both sides of the chops generously with salt and pepper, discard the marinade, and cook on a preheated grill pan for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Cook pork to 145F, then rest it for 3 minutes before slicing.
- 4. Serve alongside salad, horseradish coleslaw, or your favorite low-carb side.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning at the end, then serve while everything is hot or freshly chilled.
