- 12 ounces cooked shrimp
- 6 ounces cream cheese (well softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 medium green onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- ½ tsp hot sauce (more to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cook shrimp just until pink and opaque so they stay juicy.
- Preheat the oven to 425F and line or lightly grease the pan you plan to use.
- 1. Heat your oven to 350°F.
- 2. Remove tails from the shrimp and cut into half-inch pieces.
- 3. Beat together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth.
- 4. Fold in the chopped shrimp, green onion, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and hot sauce, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Spread the mixture evenly in a 1-quart baking dish.
- Cook shrimp just until pink and opaque so they stay juicy.
- 6. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top, then serve warm.
