6 servings- ⅓ cup lemon juice (about one medium lemon)
- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced or crushed in a garlic press)
- 2 tablespoon dried rosemary (or 1/4 cup fresh chopped)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins

Cook until the thickest piece reaches 165F and the juices run clear.
- 1. Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- 2. Place chicken tenderloins in a resealable bag or container, pour marinade over top, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- 3. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F, remove chicken from marinade and discard excess liquid, then arrange tenders in a single layer in the basket.
- 4. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Cook until the thickest piece reaches 165F and the juices run clear.
- 5. Repeat in batches if necessary until all tenders are cooked, then serve immediately plain or with your favorite sugar-free dipping sauce.
