- 1 ounce Parmesan Cheese (finely grated)
- 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
- 1 Lemon (zest only)
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper (ground)
- 4 fillets White Fish (150g/5.3oz pieces)
- Oil (for frying)

Cook fish until it flakes easily and reaches about 125F to 130F in the thickest part.
- 1. Preheat a deep fryer to 180°C/355°F.
- 2. Whisk the egg thoroughly in one bowl, and combine the almond flour, parmesan, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in another.
- 3. Dip each fish fillet into the egg, then press firmly into the breading mixture to coat completely.
- 4. Carefully lower the breaded fillets into the hot oil and fry for 4 to 7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Cook fish until it flakes easily and reaches about 125F to 130F in the thickest part.
- 5. Remove the fish and drain excess oil before serving.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning at the end, then serve while everything is hot or freshly chilled.
