Cooking cue
Cook until the thickest piece reaches 165F and the juices run clear.
- 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- 2. Mix the ground chicken, salt, parmesan cheese, and egg in a large bowl with your hands until thoroughly combined.
- 3. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in an even ¼-inch-thick layer, making the edges slightly thicker than the center to prevent burning.
- 4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and cooked through with a firm texture when pressed. Remove, let cool slightly, drain any excess liquid, and pat the top dry with paper towels.
- 5. Spread the Buffalo sauce evenly over the crust, leaving about ¾ inch around the edge bare, then layer on the mozzarella cheese, blue cheese crumbles, and sliced celery.
- 6. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden.
- Cook until the thickest piece reaches 165F and the juices run clear.
- 7. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving, drizzling with extra hot sauce if desired.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning at the end, then serve while everything is hot or freshly chilled.
