- ⅓ cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard

- 1 teaspoon minced parsley

- Set a large skillet or saute pan over medium to medium-high heat and keep the ingredients close so the cooking stays fast and even.
- 1. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
- 3. Add the pork chops and sear for about 5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through, then transfer to a plate.
- 4. Pour chicken broth into the hot skillet and whisk to release any browned bits from the bottom.
- 5. Stir in the Dijon mustard and heavy cream, then cook while stirring frequently until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
