What you need
- 1.5 lb Pork tenderloin
- 1.5 lb Broccoli florets
- 0.25 cup Sugar-free BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Smoked paprika
Instructions
How to cook it

Cook pork to 145F, then rest it for 3 minutes before slicing.
- Preheat the oven to 425F and line or lightly grease the pan you plan to use.
- Season the pork with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roast the pork and broccoli on a sheet pan until the pork is just cooked through and the broccoli is crisp at the edges.
- Cook pork to 145F, then rest it for 3 minutes before slicing.
- Brush the pork with sugar-free BBQ sauce mixed with melted butter before slicing.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning at the end, then serve while everything is hot or freshly chilled.
