What you need
- 1.5 lb Shrimp
- 4 whole Zucchini
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil
- 2 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 1 whole Lime
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 0.25 cup Cilantro

How to cook it

Cook shrimp just until pink and opaque so they stay juicy.
- Set a large skillet or saute pan over medium to medium-high heat and keep the ingredients close so the cooking stays fast and even.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then sear quickly in a hot skillet with avocado oil.
- Add zucchini ribbons, garlic, and ginger and cook just until the vegetables soften.
- Pour in coconut aminos and lime juice, then toss until glossy.
- Cook shrimp just until pink and opaque so they stay juicy.
- Finish with sesame seeds and cilantro before serving.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning at the end, then serve while everything is hot or freshly chilled.
