- 0.5 head Green cabbage
- 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 whole Lemon
- 0.25 cup Fresh dill
- 1 tsp Celery seed
- 1 tbsp Olive oil

How to cook it

Cook until the thickest piece reaches 165F and the juices run clear.
- Preheat the pellet smoker to 225F to 250F and let the heat stabilize before adding the food.
- Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Smoke until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is bronzed.
- Toss cabbage with mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, and celery seed to make the slaw.
- Cook until the thickest piece reaches 165F and the juices run clear.
- Serve the smoky chicken over the slaw with extra lemon wedges.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning at the end, then serve while everything is hot or freshly chilled.
