- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Cook beef to your preferred doneness and let steaks or larger cuts rest before serving.
- Preheat the oven to 425F and line or lightly grease the pan you plan to use.
- 1. Whisk together eggs, grated parmesan, Italian seasonings, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- 2. Mix in the ground beef until everything is thoroughly combined.
- 3. Press the beef mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet in an even layer, shaping the edges as desired.
- 4. Bake at 450°F for about 20 minutes, then remove and drain any accumulated grease.
- 5. Arrange sliced tomatoes and the cooked, drained spinach over the meat crust, then scatter mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cook beef to your preferred doneness and let steaks or larger cuts rest before serving.
- 6. Move the pan to a high oven rack and broil until the cheese melts and develops brown spots.
