1 serving- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup cheese sauce
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
- 1 tomato (diced)
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- sour cream (for drizzling)

Cook beef to your preferred doneness and let steaks or larger cuts rest before serving.
- 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and microwave the mozzarella and cream cheese together in 20-second intervals until fully melted.
- 2. Stir the melted cheeses together, then mix in the egg and almond flour until a dough forms.
- 3. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll into a 12-inch circle, then remove the top parchment and transfer the bottom sheet with dough to a pizza pan.
- 4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- 5. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, drain the grease, then stir in taco seasoning and water and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 6. Flip the baked crust over, spread cheese sauce on top, add the seasoned beef and cheddar, then bake 8 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Cook beef to your preferred doneness and let steaks or larger cuts rest before serving.
- 7. Top the finished pizza with lettuce, diced tomato, olives, and a drizzle of sour cream, then slice into 8 pieces.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning at the end, then serve while everything is hot or freshly chilled.
