- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
- 4 cups Cauliflower rice
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 2 whole Avocado
- 0.5 cup Salsa
- 0.5 cup Sour cream
- 1 whole Lime
- 0.25 cup Cilantro

Cook until the thickest piece reaches 165F and the juices run clear.
- Set a large skillet or saute pan over medium to medium-high heat and keep the ingredients close so the cooking stays fast and even.
- Brown the turkey in a skillet, then add taco seasoning, a splash of water, and simmer until glossy.
- Warm the cauliflower rice in a second skillet with olive oil, salt, and lime zest.
- Layer cauliflower rice, turkey, shredded cheddar, avocado, and salsa into bowls.
- Cook until the thickest piece reaches 165F and the juices run clear.
- Finish with sour cream, cilantro, and fresh lime before serving.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning at the end, then serve while everything is hot or freshly chilled.
