- 2 tbsp Tahini (, stir-well)
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- ½ tsp Red Boat fish sauce
- Small dash of toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Paleo Gochujang
- Paleo Kimchi
- 1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 2 tbsp full fat coconut milk
- 1 slice Lime wedge
- Wide mouth mason jar (, 16 oz. or larger)
- Frozen vegetables or cooked vegetables (: carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, shiitake)
- Cooked protein (: chicken, beef, pork, shrimp)
- Spiralized zucchini noodles
- Toppings of choice (: chopped scallions, cilantro, toasted sesame seeds, boiled eggs)

Cook until the thickest piece reaches 165F and the juices run clear.
- Prep and chill the ingredients before assembling so the finished dish stays crisp and cold.
- 1. Add 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon to a wide-mouth mason jar, then add your chosen flavor base (tahini mixture for miso, gochujang for kimchi, or curry paste with coconut milk for Thai).
- 2. Layer in frozen or cooked vegetables that will soften quickly with hot water.
- 3. Add your cooked protein of choice.
- 4. Top with spiralized zucchini noodles and your preferred toppings (scallions and sesame seeds for Asian flavors, or cilantro and lime for Thai).
- 5. Seal the jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
- Cook until the thickest piece reaches 165F and the juices run clear.
- 6. When ready to serve, add 1 cup hot water, stir well, and enjoy.
- Taste before serving and adjust the salt, lemon, vinegar, or herbs so the flavors stay bright.
